Is it just me, or has Microsoft consistently messed up the “Cancel” button during any sort of file operation? Today, after I noticed that my file transfer was no longer making progress, I decided to hit the “Cancel” button. I usually avoid doing this and now I remember why.

Four hours have passed and it is still trying to cancel or recover from me hitting “Cancel”.
