Up

Pretty excited about Up. I’m going to go see it with the people in my graphics lab tomorrow. It’ll be interesting seeing it with so many graphics people. At least they won’t be able to stop the film and make comments about the rendering quality :P.

One downer, has been this festering wound (I always thought “festering wounds” was a great card in Apples-to-Apples) on my toe. When I went to SunGod, I stupidly wore flip-flops. During one of the sets, there was a moshpit and my toe was stepped on. Toes are actually a high traffic area of your body. A lot gets in the way of the healing process: your foot slips in and out of shoes every day, you step on it or graze it against something, bandaids don’t stay on very well, and they are very far away from your head. By the way, have you ever thought about this: you rarely ever see your feet own feet up close. You get so used to seeing them 5 or 6 feet away.

They are freaking huge.
